Gender Identity
In mainstream media and pop culture, gender roles are constantly being defined. Men and women have different roles in society. The stereotypes usually come from an identity because usually women have had roles doing household chores and doing indoor work while men on the other hand have done more strenuous labor. Describe maybe some stereotypes that exist in society today.

In today's society a social "norm" is that we have gender roles and things that are supposed to like because we are this gender. Personally, I think we should get rid of this stereotype because we need to be able to access some sort of grey area with sports like football. Football is supposed to be a man's sport but then here at Groves we have powder puff where the girls play or how in the NFL we have one openly gay man and sports fan's accepted him after how well he can play. The thing is that we can still be a man, but like the color pink. The slogans " you throw like a girl" and "be a man" don't have to be used anymore because people who are transgender can be considered into what we say a how we say it. What do you think about this topic?
